My diary is below and it's live — if a slot is showing, it's genuinely free, and booking it confirms immediately. No callback, no "let me check and come back to you".

How long I'll need on site.
These are on-site times only. Travel is handled by a 45-minute buffer after every booking, and editing happens off the calendar — so you're not paying for my drive or my desk time.

Six bedrooms and up isn't directly bookable on purpose. Big and period properties vary far too much for a fixed slot, and I'd rather spend two minutes on the phone than turn up with half the time I need. Send me the details.
A standard, not a limitation
Exteriors are shot in daylight. Always.
A front elevation photographed in the dark is worthless, and no amount of editing rescues it. So the latest I can start moves with the season — and the diary above already knows, so you can't accidentally book a slot that doesn't work.

Interiors are fine later — if a December afternoon slot suits you better, ring me and we'll do the outside on a separate quick visit rather than lose the day.
What to have to hand.
The booking form asks for these. None of it is difficult, but it's quicker if you're not hunting for it halfway through.
About the property
- Address and postcode
- Number of bedrooms — this sets the length of the slot
- Sales or lettings
- Occupied or vacant
About getting in
- Access arrangement — key at office, meet on site, tenant present, or keysafe
- Contact name, mobile and email
- Anything I should know before I arrive — parking, dogs, a tenant who works nights, a room that's being decorated
Two or more in the same area?
Book them on the same day and I'll do them in one run. It's easier for me and it keeps the whole thing quick for you — just book both slots, or drop me a line and I'll order them sensibly.
